Why is the item I bought not exactly the same as the photograph?
Due to the handmade nature of the majority of our pieces, items may slightly vary in color or technique as those seen in the photographs. This makes each piece unique with its own “personality”. Due to different monitors, some colors may appear slightly different in person than they do on screen.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been cleared. Once shipped, your order may take 3 to 10 business days depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Once you’re package has been shipped you will receive an email containing delivery information so that you may track your order.
All orders are sent to the shipping address. Please note that the whole order will be shipped to one address. If you want to send the items to more than one address, then you must place each order separately.
Why did my items come in separate packaging?
We package and ship our handmade items ourselves from our home in Puerto Rico. Our “Designed in Puerto Rico” items are printed, packaged, and shipped from facilities in the continental United States.
I don’t see my favorite fandom represented. What gives?
We have started our shop with only a few of the fandoms that our We Do Geek family enjoys. We have a “for real” list of fandoms we want to do. If there is a fandom you don’t see on our site, send us a message on Facebook, Tweet at us, or show us via Instagram. If it’s not on our list, we’ll add it!
Can I return an item?
If a situation arises with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can try to correct the situation. Most items* can be refunded or exchanged. Please contact us within 7 days from date of delivery and ship items back within 14 days from date of delivery. See our full returns policy here.
